Services and pricing

What we do, and what it costs.

There is one kind of appointment here: an unhurried session, one-to-one, with the therapist who will see you through. Everything below is what happens in that session and what it costs to book one.

How care works

Three stages, in this order.

  1. The evaluation

A full session. We talk through what brought you in, look at how you move, and start treatment the same visit. You do not come back a second time to begin.

  2. The plan

You leave knowing what we think is going on, what we intend to do about it, and roughly how many visits that takes. If we are wrong about any of it, we will say so and change course.

  3. The work

The same therapist each visit, for the same full session. Hands-on treatment, and a program short enough that you will actually do it between appointments.

What we do

The treatment itself.

Manual therapy
Skilled hands-on work to settle pain and restore movement in joints and soft tissue. This is the part most clinics have quietly stopped making time for.
Therapeutic exercise
Movement prescribed for what is actually driving the problem, and built to fit the life you have rather than an ideal one.
Dry needling
Used where it helps, as part of a plan rather than as the plan.
Post-operative and sports rehabilitation
Care before and after surgery, and for the sports and spinal injuries that never reach an operating room.
Return to running
Gait analysis, strength testing and a graded return to load, so the first run back does not become the next injury.

For the conditions and body regions we treat, see what we treat on the homepage.

The fee

What a visit costs

$200

A 60-minute session, one-to-one. Longer visits are 60, 90 or 120 minutes. No session is shorter than 60 minutes.

No packages
You are never asked to buy a block of visits before anyone has looked at you.
Insurance
Use your insurance for standard visits, or pay directly for the concierge session. The standard of care never changes. We will publish the plans we accept before we open, and we will tell you plainly whether yours is one of them.
Where we see you
At the clinic, or at your home or workplace.

Questions

Asked before, answered plainly.

What does concierge mean here?

An unhurried session of one-to-one time with the same physical therapist, and a practice small enough to arrange itself around you. It does not mean a velvet rope. Anyone who wants this kind of care can have it.

Who is it for?

People who want unhurried care and are willing to pay for it directly. That includes runners and busy professionals. It also includes a grandparent who wants to get back on the floor with their grandchildren.

What actually happens in a visit?

A full session with a physical therapist, not an aide, and not shared with two other people on nearby tables. Hands-on treatment, and a program you can do between visits.

Can you see me somewhere other than the clinic?

Yes. We can see you at the clinic, or at your home or workplace.

How do you charge, and do you take insurance?

Two ways, your choice. Use your insurance for standard visits, or pay directly for the concierge session, at the time of the visit and never as a package. The standard of care never changes. We will publish the plans we accept before we open, and we will tell you plainly whether yours is one of them.

How do I start?

Tell us what you want to return to. If we are not the right people to help you, we will say so and point you toward who is.
